FAQ's
1. If I’m not riding can I still attend?
While we encourage all women to take part, there are limited spaces available for non riders. Please select the non-rider option when registering
2. Are men/dad’s allowed to come?
It is mainly a women and kids event but we will allow a few dads to join us, please enquire beforehand.
3. Do we need to bring our own bikes?
if you have your own bike and are able to transport please do bring them as we have limited numbers to hire.
4. Can I stay beyond the sessions to use the track?
All riders/non riders will be instructed when they need to be on and off the track for safety reasons.
5. Is parking available?
Free parking is available in Minet Country Park carpark.
6. Are there age restrictions for the kids?
The minimum age for children to take part in the cycling activities is 4 years old.
The maximum age for boys is 16 years old.
7. Are there age restrictions for adults?
Absolutely not and we encourage women of all ages to attend and take part.
8. What kind of activities can I expect?
Competitive Races, Obstacle Courses, Go Rides, Skills Sessions.
9. Will food be available?
Yes, you can pre-order food from a variety of suppliers, all which have been kindly been donated to support the LFT Gaza Relief cause.
*please pre-order your food at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
An ice-cream van will be privately hired to serve ice cream and lollies. This will not require pre-booking and you can pay the driver directly via cash or card. The average cost per lolly/ice cream is £1.50-£2.00
10. What are the timings?
The event will run from 1pm-5pm, and you are welcome to stay a bit later to enjoy the food, ice cream van and activities such as lucky dip, face painting, mehndi and of course the raffle!
11. Is there a waiting list?

12. How do I become a member?
Please click this membership link to become a member. Annual membership is £15 per adult and £10 for children
13. Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Unless the event is cancelled by Evolve Cycling Network refunds will not be available.
