If, for any reason, you wish to initiate a return within the 14-day window from receiving your item, kindly ensure that the product remains in its original condition, with tags intact, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. For the return process, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will promptly provide you with comprehensive instructions on where and how to send the package.

Damages and Issues:
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. In the unfortunate event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will take the necessary steps to address and rectify the issue promptly.
Exchanges:
To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the original purchase. Upon acceptance of your return, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
